ROCHESTER (August 23, 2018) – Jill Lowell, a shareholder in the Rochester office of Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has been selected for the 2018 class of the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce’s CLIMB Program.

CLIMB is the Chamber Leadership Initiative: Mentoring for Business and connecting young professionals with area business leaders in day-long events that accelerate perspective, collaboration and growth. To be accepted into the program, young professionals must display leadership, vision, impact, contribution, mentorship and integrity, as well as great promise within their organizations and community.

For over a decade, Lowell has been providing employment and labor law compliance advice, litigation avoidance counsel and audit solutions to multistate employers. She regularly works with employers across an array of industries, including law firms, banks, investment firms, restaurants, universities and manufacturing and processing facilities. Lowell effectively and efficiently audits all aspects of employment law, including on-boarding, leaves of absence, paid sick leave, wage/hour and fair employment practices on federal, state and local laws, among others.

Lowell earned her J.D. from Washington and Lee School of Law and her B.A. from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
