Barry Kuretzky has practised labour and employment law for nearly four decades and represents many of Canada’s largest companies in matters related to wrongful dismissal litigation, human rights, disability and accommodation, among others. He practices all aspects of labour relations law, including collective bargaining, union organizing drives, certification and decertification of unions, grievances and arbitrations involving the Ontario Labour Relations Act, British Columbia Labour Relations Code and the Canada Labour Code. Furthermore, Kuretzky often speaks at industry-leading conferences. He continues to earn recognition as one of Canada’s leading lawyers and received the prestigious Continuing Legal Education Long-Term Achievement Award from the Law Society of Upper Canada.

Yusra Siddiquee advises Canadian and international companies on corporate immigration strategies, including developing immigration compliance policies and facilitating the temporary and permanent entry of employees to Canada and global destinations. With over 20 years’ experience in immigration law, Siddiquee advises employers on alternate jurisdictions to relocate key employees who are unable to secure immigration status. She also counsels employers on the employment and termination of foreign workers, as well as the human capital costs for international projects, and she provides training to companies on immigration policies and processes.

George Vassos has focused his practice on advocacy before administrative tribunals and trial and appellate courts for more than 30 years. He provides strategic and proactive guidance on a range of employment and labour issues, from wrongful dismissal and employment litigation to human rights and alternative dispute resolution.
