Two Littler Attorneys Named BTI "Client Service All-Stars"

(March 29, 2018) – Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, is pleased to announce that Shareholders Robert Blumberg (Los Angeles) and Ted Schroeder (Pittsburgh) have been named “Client Service All-Stars” by the BTI Consulting Group Inc. in its new report, the BTI Client Service All-Stars 2018. This is the 11th consecutive year that at least one Littler attorney has been selected to the annual list.

The 2018 edition was compiled based on hundreds of interviews with legal decision-makers at large organizations with $1 billion or more in revenue. All-Stars are selected based on six traits: client focus, client experience, legal skills, business understanding, value and thought leadership.

Robert Blumberg represents and advises employers in a wide variety of labor, employment and business law matters, including wrongful discharge, discrimination, harassment, unfair competition and wage and hour class action litigation. Blumberg is a member of Littler’s Board of Directors and served as managing shareholder of the firm’s Los Angeles offices for 10 years. He received his J.D. from the New York University School of Law, cum laude, and his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles, cum laude.

Ted Schroeder represents and counsels clients through a broad range of employment law matters. He litigates disputes relating to discrimination, harassment and retaliation, unfair competition and wage and hour issues, as well as other areas across the labor and employment spectrum. Schroeder currently serves as the office managing shareholder of Littler’s Pittsburgh and Charleston, West Virginia, officesHe earned his J.D.
