Based on his years of litigation experience, Garry has handled hundreds of workplace violence cases for companies around the globe, and originated several of Littler's ground-breaking violence prevention programs. Garry has drafted model legislation on workplace violence, authored numerous articles on the topic and appears frequently on national radio and television regarding violence prevention. He is widely recognized as a leading authority on employment law trends in the United States, oversees the firm's Corporate Compliance Practice Group, and serves as Chair of the Open Compliance and Ethics Group's Employment and Labor Law Domain. Garry has been identified by the National Law Journal on its list of the 100 most influential attorneys in the nation, and is listed in the 2007 Edition of The Best Lawyers in America.
  • Kim M. Kerr, CPP, is Vice President of LexisNexis Risk & Information Analytics Group, working with the Authentication & Screening division. Kim has been a well-known security executive for 30 years, and is currently documenting what he has learned in his new book, "Managing Security Risk in the Hiring Process." Kim is a veteran of three Olympic Games. He was the Security Project Manger for the AT&T Olympic efforts at the 1996 Summer Olympic games in Atlanta, a member of the technical security team at the 2000 Summer Games in Sydney and Deputy Director - Security Support for the 2002 Salt Lake City Winter Games. Kim consults with clients of all sizes and across multiple industries to create total screening solution strategies that meet their information needs.
