    Speakers include Rob Friedman, Littler shareholder and Andy Trusevich, Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, Rent-A-Center. The speakers will address Concepcion's implications for managing class action litigation against retailers. This discussion will be moderated by Julie Dunne, Littler shareholder.
  • Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. v. Dukes and EEOC Trends
    Panel includes Littler shareholders Keith Hult, Allan King and Shanthi Gaur, who will discuss Dukes and its implications for retailers. The discussion to be moderated by Kate Wilson, Littler shareholder.
  • International Workplace Law Challenges for the Fashion Industry:
