The Littler Global Central America Conference is designed to present the audience with an overview of labor law throughout the North and Central American region and the Dominican Republic. We will have representatives from 10 different countries who will share best practices in the areas of greatest demand in terms of labor law, including:

  • Internal Work Rules and Corporate Policies: Importance in Central America
  • Workforce Mobility: Challenges and Solutions
  • Regional Legal Compliance: Measuring Risks, Avoiding Liabilities
  • Hiring Contractors and Outsourcing: Impact and Risks for Companies
  • Protecting Personal Data in the Employment Context

Markets are increasingly global and less local, so knowing the best practices will help you apply this knowledge and make your workplace a more competitive organization. The conference will also bring together companies with regional operations, whose representatives will explain key issues on labor law in each country, recommendations to manage them and their own experiences.
