    Mr. O'Neill designs and presents employment law training programs for organizations on such topics as harassment prevention, EEO compliance, workplace violence and diversity awareness. He also served as a featured presenter for the nationally renowned training organization, CareerTrack, Inc. Mr. O'Neill practiced employment law with a wide variety of labor and employment issues, including disputes arising under Title VII, FMLA, ADA, and a variety of state statutes.

    Kim M. Kerr, CPP, is Vice President of LexisNexis Risk & Information Analytics Group working with the Authentication & Screening division. Kim has worked in the security business for over 30 years and is currently documenting what he has learned in his book, "Managing Security Risk in the Hiring Process." Kim consults with clients on creating a total screening solution strategy that meets their information needs.
