This interactive workshop will include strategies for creating an ethical speak up culture. We will have a lively discussion about why making a speak up culture a strategic priority for your company makes sense. We believe that employers who have created such cultures and processes not only promote greater employee job satisfaction and retention, they are much better armed to prevent and to defend against potentially expensive whistleblower and retaliation claims.
We will discuss how to create processes and an environment that encourages employees to report unethical behavior and to do so without fear of retaliation. We will review the importance of having effective codes of conduct and compliance programs, and equip you with tools for creating such a process.
