An Exclusive, Invitation-Only Program
Littler Mendelson’s Class Action Summit is at the forefront of opposition to the rise of damaging class action lawsuits, which are affecting employers in every industry. This program will provide the most current and critical information specifically focused on protecting and defending your organization against this growing trend.
The Summit will be facilitated by Keith Hult and Allan King, co-chairs of Littler’s Class Action Avoidance and Defense practice group. They will be joined by Littler shareholders who are nationally recognized leaders in the strategic representation of employers in all aspects of class action litigation and defense.
The event will take place over the course of two days, kicking off with a welcome lunch at 12 noon on Wednesday, September 22nd, followed by program sessions. A reception and dinner will be held that evening, where guests will have the chance to network with peers, Littler attorneys and guest speakers.
The following day, participants will learn about important steps that can be taken immediately to help reduce an organization’s risk of litigation and exposure. Throughout the Summit, guests will also have the opportunity to discuss specific issues and concerns that employers are facing.
