From E-Verify to Incentivized IMAGE Enrollment

All US-based employers, from small start-ups to large multinational corporations, are grappling with how to remain compliant with federal and state immigration laws. This webinar will track the seismic policy shift that is occurring in workplace enforcement actions. It will analyze best practices employers should deploy to reduce exposure to civil and criminal penalties during an ICE audit. An assessment of various state immigration laws will be conducted along with E-Verify enrollment. Finally, the revamped IMAGE program will be discussed, including fine mitigation being offered to employers and the two-year exemption from an I-9 audit by ICE.

This is the third program in a series of immigration-related webinars led by Littler attorneys Ian Macdonald and Jorge Lopez.

This is a complimentary webinar.
