Steven V. Shoup has over three decades of experience representing large and small employers throughout the United States in labor relations matters. His extensive experience has focused on collective bargaining negotiations, arbitrations, organizing drives and unfair labor practice proceedings. He has considerable knowledge and experience dealing with the following:

  • The Teamsters
  • The UAW - International Union, United Automobile Workers, and Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America
  • The USW - United Steel, Paper and Forestry, Rubber, Manufacturing, Energy, Allied Industrial and Service Workers International Union
  • The IBEW - International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers
  • Other international unions

In addition, Steve represents management in other labor and employment law matters, including:

  • Matters in connection with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB)
  • “R” and “C” cases
  • Arbitration
  • Strike management
  • Injunctions
  • Liability avoidance
  • Civil rights litigation

Prior to joining Littler, Steve was in the Indianapolis office of another employment and labor firm.
