Meghann J. Barloewen is a member of Littler’s Knowledge Management leadership team, serving as Director of Knowledge Management Projects. In her role, she oversees a team that collaborates with others across the law firm to create and manage legal and electronic resources. Meghann focuses on providing innovative client services in all areas of labor and employment law. She manages content development, legal research and product design for ComplianceHR, Littler’s joint venture with Neota Logic focused on HR compliance and risk analysis tools. She leads content development, legal research, and product design for internal, self-service expert systems, document automation, and external-facing KM tools. Meghann has also designed the curriculum for Littler’s biennial innovation tournament, Innovate 100, and has led design thinking workshops and exercises for various firm groups. Meghann works across a variety of practice groups to support efforts to utilize KM resources and tools and identify knowledge-sharing opportunities.

Before her role in Knowledge Management, Meghann worked as a litigator, gaining extensive experience defending employers in a broad range of employment matters. While in law school, Meghann was a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Vincent P. Zurzolo, in the United States District Court for the Central District of California. She also served as Chief Research Editor on Loyola's International and Comparative Law Review.
