Emily Partridge has experience across all areas of employment law including employment processes, workplace investigations, human rights, restructuring, confidential information and restraints of trade. She regularly advises clients on data protection and privacy matters and on employment aspects of commercial transactions. Emily also has experience representing clients in employment litigation in New Zealand.
Previously, Emily was an associate at an international law firm. She qualified as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2017.
