Bridget O. Robinson advises and represents employers in all aspects of employment and labor law. Bridget’s practice ranges from proactive counseling to litigation, with a focus on discrimination, retaliation and harassment, pay equity, wage and hour, and internal investigations.
Prior to joining Littler, Bridget was in-house counsel for a multinational Fortune 500 information technology company. She managed a wide scope of employment disputes for the company before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. Bridget also provided legal support to human resources and proactively advised the company on a broad range of employment law issues. Before that experience, Bridget worked on employment matters as a summer honors law clerk for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in Washington, D.C. Understanding the many competing demands in-house clients face, Bridget’s practice is focused on providing practical solutions.
Previously, Bridget also had a career as a teacher in Washington, D.C. public schools, which helped to shape her advice and counseling practice.
