Demerson, who represents employers at the Texas Workforce Commission. Mr. Simmons will provide an update on unemployment benefits issues as well as a look ahead to the potential recession and its ramifications for employers. Littler attorneys will then guide you through a merry and insightful look at key takeaways from labor/employment law in 2022 and labor/employment predictions for 2023.
