Bayli Martin is an experienced litigator who defends employers facing claims related to a variety of state and federal employment laws, including Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, the Missouri Human Rights Act, and the Kansas Act Against Discrimination, among others.
