Focusing his practice on representing and advising management clients, Pablo E. Castellanos has counseled employers on employment law matters involving discrimination, harassment, disability and accommodations, and wage and hour issues. Pablo has prepared and delivered training sessions on various employment issues including harassment prevention, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disability Act, and performance documentation. His experience also includes drafting handbooks, employment contracts, policies and procedures, and severance agreements.
During law school, Pablo received the highest distinction for Pro Bono Service. He was an articles editor for the Law Journal of Social Justice.
