John Keeney represents and advises employers in a broad range of labor and employment law matters. His practice includes both individual and class action litigation. He has experience representing employers in wage and hour claims, equal pay, wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, unfair competition, class actions, and claims under the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA).

Prior to joining Littler, John practiced at a commercial and employment litigation firm where he represented a variety of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, public entities, mid-size companies, and high net worth individuals in both state and federal courts. 

During law school, he was an editor on the UC Irvine Law Review and a lead article editor on the UC Irvine Journal of International, Transnational, and Comparative Law.
