Emily Levy's practice encompasses various labor and employment law matters. 

Prior to joining Littler, Emily worked at a litigation boutique firm in Columbus where she focused on employment litigation. During law school, Emily served as the executive editor of the Arkansas Law Review. She also was a judicial extern to Judge Kristine Baker at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas and to Judge Joanna Taylor at the Washington County Circuit Court in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
