Kimberly E. Wilkens focuses her practice on labor and employment matters.

Prior to joining Littler, Kimberly was an assistant corporation counsel in the Labor and Employment Division of the New York City Law Department. Kimberly acted as lead counsel in defense of the City of New York, agencies, and employees both in federal and state court single and multiplaintiff employment litigation matters. Notably, Kimberly worked on a large class action involving the New York City Fire Department. Her obligations included providing legal counseling and consulting to the FDNY on hiring, recruitment, and general employment policies.

During law school, Kimberly was editor in chief of the Journal of International Business and Law, and a Constitutional Law research assistant.
