Tiffany Rollins advises and represents employers in a broad range of employment law matters, with a focus on wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, and termination issues. She has experience appearing before California state and federal courts.
Prior to joining Littler, Tiffany was an associate at a boutique employment law firm where her practice focused on defending employers against various claims including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, and failure to accommodate. She also worked as an associate for a mid-size firm where she handled a range of matters related to civil rights, wrongful death, and personal injury. In this position, Tiffany also served as outside counsel to the firm’s corporate clients where she assisted corporate counsel with negotiating and drafting transaction matters.
