Jake Thorn

Jake Thorn focuses his practice on labor and employment matters. 

Prior to joining Littler, Jake served as an assistant attorney general in the Ohio Attorney General’s Office, Health Care Fraud Section. He investigated and prosecuted a high-volume caseload involving healthcare-related crimes, fraud, theft, and regulatory infractions. He gained first and second-chair trial experience and grand jury experience across the Ohio court system. Previously, Jake was a judicial law clerk to Judge David Gormley, Delaware County Court of Common Pleas. He was involved in extensive drafting of judicial opinions on motions for summary judgment, motions to dismiss, requests for injunctive relief, and appeals from regulatory agencies. Jake's cases included employment-related claims arising from the misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract, and other disputes.
