Lysette M. Roman represents and counsels employers on labor and employment law matters.
Her experience includes responding to administrative charges, assisting in arbitrations, handling employment litigation, and defending both public and private entities against discrimination and harassment claims under state and federal law. Lysette also creates and presents training materials for management-level employees on equal employment opportunity, anti-discrimination laws, and other best practices in the employment life cycle. She is committed to ensuring equal employment opportunity and advancing inclusion, equity, and diversity in the workplace. As such, Lysette is a member of Littler’s IE&D Practice Group, through which she assists in advising clients of all sizes in implementing legally compliant IE&D programs and policies.
During law school, she served as co-president of the Latinx Law Student Association and senior tech editor to War Crime Prosecution Watch online publication.
