Laura Davis represents employers on a broad range of labor and employment matters, including discrimination and harassment, retaliation, discipline, wage and hour issues, contract disputes, wrongful termination, workplace investigations, state and federal leave laws, and employer negligence.
She routinely works with employers of various sizes to draft and implement employee handbooks and policies, including those related to COVID-19. In addition to policy-related work, Laura provides workplace training sessions and serves as a resource for employers on employment-related issues.
Prior to joining Littler, Laura practiced civil litigation and advocated for employers on various aspects of employment law. In law school, she served as managing editor for the Seattle University Law Review, and externed with the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. She also served as a student volunteer for the U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration Whistleblower Protection Program.
