Judson S. Millhon, III focuses his practice on representing management in labor and employment matters.

Before joining Littler, Jud worked at a litigation boutique firm in Columbus. He represented clients in complex commercial disputes and litigation, with an emphasis on mass tort litigation, class actions, employment litigation, and products liability litigation.

During law school, Jud served as a judicial extern to Justice R. Patrick DeWine at the Supreme Court of Ohio and to Magistrate Judge Kimberly A. Jolson at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He also was a member of the Ohio State Business Law Journal.
