Perspectiva General

Devon Mills is an experienced litigator who splits his practice between single plaintiff litigation involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims brought under FEHA and CFRA, and class action and PAGA claims in both state and federal court.

Although a successful litigator, Devon has a proven track record of being able to resolve cases quickly and efficiently through formal or informal resolution. He also regularly counsels management on a variety of state and federal compliance matters, including hiring, accommodation, and termination decisions. Devon is heavily involved with Littler’s Pride Affinity Group and stays up to date on the changing landscape of issues involving the LGBTQ community in the workplace.

Prior to joining Littler, Devon was an associate at a Los Angeles area firm where he handled labor and employment, general liability, and premises liability matters. During law school, Devon gained experience as a law clerk for the General Counsel Division of the Los Angeles City Attorney's office and as an extern for the Hon. Otis Wright II in the U.S. District Court, Central District of California. He earned a Certificate in International Law as well as a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute at the Pepperdine Caruso School of Law.
