Rodney Klein, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's outreach and training manager, will join Littler attorneys to discuss San Antonio's reopening guidelines and their intersection with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Among the topics will be engagement in the interactive process, disability-related inquiries, medical exams, reasonable accommodations, and confidentiality of medical information.
Registration is open to all, but San Antonio specific reopening guidelines will be discussed.
