Perspectiva General

Kimberly Saginario counsels and represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters arising under state and federal law. Her litigation practice focuses on employment discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 1981, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and their state counterparts. Kim helps navigate employers through investigations initiated by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, and litigates on their behalf before federal and state courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Kim has successfully defended employers in federal court cases, and her results include a defense verdict in a jury trial involving claims of race discrimination under Section 1981, Title VII, and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act.

Prior to joining Littler, Kim gained valuable litigation experience at a Philadelphia products liability defense firm. She also clerked for the Hon. Michael J. Haas of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.

In law school, Kim served as executive editor of the Rutgers Law Review, was a semi-finalist in the Hunter Moot Court Appellate Advocacy Competition, and served as a board member of the Hunter Moot Court Appellate Advocacy Competition.
