Littler Appoints Craig M. Borowski as Indianapolis Office Managing Shareholder

INDIANAPOLIS (October 1, 2019) – Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has appointed Craig M. Borowski as office managing shareholder (OMS) of the firm’s Indianapolis office. Borowski succeeds Alan L. McLaughlin, who has stepped down from the role and will continue to serve as OMS of Littler’s Denver office while maintaining his active practice in both regions.

“We thank Al for his nine years of service to the Indianapolis office,” said Tom Bender and Jeremy Roth, co-managing directors of Littler, in a joint statement. “We look forward to Craig’s leadership. He is an excellent lawyer and has an established reputation in the local market. We are confident in his ability to further build upon the solid foundation created by Al and to continue to expand Littler’s visibility in the local market.”

Borowski has extensive experience defending employers in single and multiple plaintiff litigation matters, jury trials, and appeals. He has defended Fortune 500 companies against discrimination and retaliation claims in federal and state courts in Indiana and more than 20 other states.

Representing companies before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and other administrative agencies, Borowski has also defended more than 300 agency charges. He also provides clients proactive counsel on employment policy and personnel matters and training.

Borowski received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Indiana University’s Robert H. McKinney School of Law and his B.S. from Indiana University.
