Tyler Henderson provides strategic advice on all aspects of the employment relationship, including hiring, termination, compliance, dispute resolution and settlement.
Tyler regularly drafts employment and contractor agreements, workplace policies and handbooks. He has made submissions on a variety of matters to superior and appellate courts, provincial human rights tribunals, the Canada Industrial Relations Board, the Ontario Labour Relations Board and the Ontario Ministry of Labour.
Tyler has published several articles and is a chapter author of "Cannabis in the Workplace." He has also guest lectured at Ryerson University on employment and human rights law.
Prior to joining Littler, Tyler articled and practiced at an international full-service firm, where he maintained an employment law and commercial litigation practice.
During his studies, Tyler received numerous prizes, awards and scholarships for academic achievement. In law school he placed first overall and received the best factum award for the national Corporate/Securities Law Moot.
