Littler's Long Island Office Expands with Addition of Kim Dobson

MELVILLE, New York (July 2, 2018) – Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has added Kimberly Dobson to its growing office in Melville, New York. Dobson joins as an associate after nine years at Jackson Lewis P.C.

Dobson’s practice focuses on representing employers in state and federal courts and before various administrative agencies in litigation involving claims of discrimination, harassment and retaliation. She has participated in all phases of litigation from commencement through trial and appeal. Additionally, Dobson advises clients on compliance with federal, state and local employment laws. She prepares and reviews employment policies, handbooks and employment agreements and routinely counsels employers regarding disability leave management matters.

Active in the legal community, Dobson is a member of the National Association of Women Lawyers and the American Bar Association. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania. Dobson is licensed to practice in New York and Connecticut.
