Jonathan Rue defends companies and management in discrimination, retaliation, and harassment claims, wage and hour claims, and labor grievances. He also counsels employers on their workplace policies and practices to ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.

Jonathan works with a broad range of clients, including technology companies, retailers, healthcare companies, financial institutions, nonprofit organizations, and transportation companies. He has appeared before state and federal courts as well as administrative agencies to defend his clients against claims involving:

Prior to joining Littler, Jonathan gained significant trial experience as a Prosecutor, successfully first chairing more than 60 jury trials.
