With experience in federal and state courts as well as in arbitration, Bradley E. Schwan defends employers in wage and hour class action litigation, and against claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment and individual wage and hour violations in litigation and in front of administrative agencies. He advises on matters involving breach of contract, noncompetition and nonsoliciation, and claims of employee poaching. Bradley’s practice also includes helping employers design and implement workplace policies that comply with labor and employment laws.
Before starting his legal career, Bradley served on active duty in the U.S. Army for six years as a field artillery officer and military intelligence officer.
