Littler's Sacramento Office Grows with Addition of Two Attorneys

SACRAMENTO (January 4, 2018) – Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has added two attorneys to its Sacramento office – Nathaniel Jenkins and Simerdip Khangura – bringing the total number of attorneys in the office to 12.

Nathaniel Jenkins represents and advises employers on a range of labor and employment law matters, including hiring, performance management and termination; discrimination and harassment; and policies, procedures and handbooks. Prior to joining Littler, Jenkins was an in-house attorney at a California state workforce agency. There, he advised an eight-member panel and executive staff on a broad range of personnel issues affecting public sector employees. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Sacramento County Bar Association and received the American Jurisprudence Award in ERISA and Employee Benefits Law from California Western School of Law. Jenkins received his B.A., cum laude, from the University of California-Santa Cruz and his J.D. at California Western School of Law.

Simerdip Khangura is transferring her legal talents from Littler’s Los Angeles-Downtown office to Sacramento. She will continue advising and representing employers, from multinational corporations to local businesses in a range of employment matters. She handles discrimination and harassment claims, wage and hour class action cases and disability accommodation and leave matters. Khangura is a member of the South Asian Bar Association and the California Labor and Employment Law section of the California Bar Association. She completed her B.A. at the University of California-Berkeley and her J.D. at Boston University School of Law.
