NEW YORK (March 10, 2017) – Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has selected Shareholder Lauren Schwartzreich for the 2017 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) class of fellows. The landmark program was created by LCLD to identify, train and advance the next generation of leaders in the legal profession. Littler attorneys have participated in the LCLD Fellows Program since 2012.

According to LCLD President Robert J. Grey, Jr., the LCLD Fellows Program offers participants “an extraordinarily rich year of relationship-building, in-person training, peer-group projects and extensive contact with LCLD’s top leadership.”

During the year, each honoree embarks on a learning program that includes in-person conferences, training in the fine points of legal practice, peer-group projects to foster collaboration and build relationships and extensive contact with LCLD’s top leadership, including managing partners and general counsel.

Schwartzreich, who is a member of Littler’s eDiscovery group, advises clients on cutting-edge legal strategies and technology solutions to efficiently manage electronic discovery in all types of employment litigation matters, including initial preservation obligations; data harvesting, review and production; cost-shifting and cost-reduction; and the admissibility of electronic evidence at trial. She also was involved in the development of the firm’s Littler CaseSmart^® model for class and collective actions.

Schwartzreich also serves as chair of the American Bar Association’s Annual Institute on eDiscovery and is an active member of the Sedona Conference^® Working Group 1. She frequently speaks and publishes on eDiscovery, social media, privacy and litigation technology issues. She earned her J.D. from Emory University School of Law and her B.A. from Emory University.
