Perspectiva General

Raymond M. Ripple defends corporations in employment litigation and arbitration matters throughout the United States, including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. He has extensive experience representing clients in federal court litigation, as well as arbitration through the American Arbitration Association and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Ray also has experience counseling employers on a broad range of employment matters, including noncompete and trade secret matters. 

Prior to joining Littler, Ray was an attorney at an international law firm where he practiced in the areas of employment law and commercial litigation with a focus on the insurance, health care, and financial services industries. At the beginning of his legal career, he served as a law clerk to the Hon. William E. Smith, U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island. In law school, Ray was managing editor of the Notre Dame Journal of Law, Ethics & Public Policy
