Perspectiva General

Emily Haigh is an experienced litigator and trial attorney, defending management clients in employment discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims. Prior to entering private practice Emily served as a U.S. Judge Advocate where she advised commanders and tried cases as a federal prosecutor, including multi-day jury trials and bench trials.

Emily also conducts interactive employee and management training sessions for a wide variety of individuals and organizations on harassment prevention, lawful and effective workplace investigations, and other employment issues. Additionally, Emily has experience conducting impartial investigations into employee complaints.
