Ilyse Schuman is quoted on the issue of pay reporting practices of contractors. Schuman says that even companies that don’t contract with the government should be watching how the OFCCP regulates pay reporting practices. She states, “…Nongovernment contractors should be attuned to what’s going on at the OFCCP if it’s an arbiter for things to come.”
