Littler Strengthens South Florida Presence with New Attorneys in Miami

Andrews and Noah E. Storch. Andrews, formerly of Smith, Gambrell & Russell (SGR), and Storch, formerly of Cole, Scott & Kissane (CSK), join Littler as associates.

About Nicholas S. Andrews

A skilled labor and employment litigator, Andrews has experience in matters ranging from employment discrimination, wage and hour compliance, employment torts, contracts and unfair labor practices, to employee handbooks and policy manuals, non-competition agreements and other restrictive covenants and severance agreements. In addition, he has represented clients before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the National Labor Relations Board. Prior to joining SGR, Andrews was a Certified Legal Intern at the Florida State Attorney’s Office for the Eighth Judicial Circuit. He received his J.D. from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, cum laude, and his B.S. from the University of Florida.

About Noah E. Storch

Storch has significant experience in handling the defense of cases involving complex labor and employment claims. Additionally, he has drafted position statements and responses to requests for information in claims filed with the EEOC and other state agencies. Before joining CSK, Storch was an associate at Jackson Lewis and Vernis & Bowling. An active member of the professional community, he is a member of the American Bar Association and the Palm Beach County Bar Association. Storch received his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center and his B.S. from the University of Central Florida.
