(Littler), the world’s largest employment and labor law firm representing management, was ranked on the 13th Annual America’s Best Corporate Law Firm list compiled by Corporate Board Member magazine and the global business advisory firm FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN). Firms were selected according to feedback from corporate directors and general counsel of publicly traded companies in the U.S.

Corporate Board Member compiled a list of national corporate law firms using three national law firm rankings: The National Law Journal’s Top 75, The American Lawyer Top 75, and the Vault Overall 75. Listed firms had to qualify by meeting selected criteria. In January 2013, Corporate Board Member and FTI Consulting surveyed over 1,557 general counsel and 9,500 directors serving on boards of publicly traded companies. Corporate Board Member asked survey respondents to select 10 national firms from the list provided, or to write in a firm they would most likely turn to for corporate legal matters of national scope. The top 25 national law firms in America are listed in the magazine based on the number of votes received; with one list voted on by directors, and a second ranking list voted on by general counsel.
