Littler Boston Expands Again with Addition of Three Accomplished Employment Attorneys

Boston, MA/ November 11, 2005 -- Littler Mendelson, the nation's largest employment and labor law firm, announced today that attorneys Anita M. Polli, Jennifer Catlin Tucker and Christopher B. Kaczmarek have joined the Firm's Boston office. This latest expansion comes on the heels of the office's October announcements regarding the addition of George P. Kostakos and Martha M. Walz. Polli joins the firm as shareholder; Tucker as of counsel, and Kaczmarek as associate.

Both Polli and Tucker moved to Littler from Sullivan Weinstein & McQuay, and Kaczmarek joined from Goodwin Procter. Polli, a former clinical education professor, is widely recognized for her knowledge of and experience with the health care industry. Prior to Sullivan , she managed labor and employment matters for a large Boston health care provider, giving her a unique and exceptionally informed perspective into the workings and problems of a sophisticated industry which employs thousands of people in the New England area.

"As a labor attorney, I've long admired Littler from afar. I am thrilled to be a part of its growing New England practice and have its national resources and experience at my clients' disposal," said Polli.

The addition of the accomplished trio gives the Firm's national and regional clients a stronger and broader base from which to defend against the complex employment litigation that large, multi-outlet businesses face throughout the nation.

"These three terrific people are joining an already outstanding lineup of employment and labor lawyers, and their collective experience and client base will add considerably to the strength and momentum of the Boston office," said Boston Managing Shareholder David Casey.

In the last few months, the Boston office has won key business from major New England employers, in such industries as financial services, high technology, healthcare, insurance and reinsurance, hospitality and retail. The addition of the new attorneys will enhance the Firm's ability to service the office's growing roster of clients, as well as provide greater bench strength for the Firm's national practice.
