CLEVELAND, OH (March 26, 2015) – Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has added experienced litigator Jeffrey J. Moyle to its Cleveland office. Moyle rejoins the firm as Counsel from Ulmer & Berne’s Cleveland office.

Moyle’s practice focuses on leaves of absence and disability accommodation; discrimination and harassment; competition and trade secret law; hiring, performance management and termination and wage and hour matters. He counsels employers in all aspects of the employment relationship, offering legal advice, as well as practical solutions for issues that arise in the workplace. Prior to Littler, Moyle worked in human resources and marketing at a large manufacturing company.

Active in the professional community, Moyle is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association, as well as LeadDIVERSITY’s Class of 2012. A member of the Order of the Coif, Moyle has also received the Award for Excellence in the Study of Constitutional Law from the Federal Bar Association.

Moyle received his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University magna cum laude and his B.A. from Cleveland State University magna cum laude.
