Overview

Víctor M. Comolli has had a distinguished career as a labor lawyer and is recognized as one of Puerto Rico’s leading authorities on National Labor Relations Act issues. His career has been characterized by an extensive practice before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and the representation of management in collective bargaining, arbitration, as well as the Railway Labor Act. He has been involved in over 50 union election campaigns in all industries, including pharmaceutical, retail, hotel, manufacturing and air transportation.
