Tomomi Glover advises and represents employers in all types of labor and employment matters arising under federal and state laws. Her experience includes all phases of litigation, from inception to trial, in state and federal courts and she has specific experience with:
- Discrimination issues
- Class actions
- Wage and hour matters
- Unfair competition and trade secret claims
Tomomi co-teaches a skills course at the University of California Berkeley School of Law titled “The Junior Attorney: Expectations, Responsibilities, and Realities.”
Prior to joining Littler Mendelson, Tomomi practiced complex commercial and intellectual property litigation and participated on three trial teams. In law school, she was editor-in-chief of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal and served as a teaching assistant for legal research, writing, and oral advocacy. Before she practiced law, she taught English in Japan as part of the Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) program.
