Tatiana Small represents employers in all aspects of employment litigation, including but not limited to: wage and hour class actions, multi-plaintiff and single plaintiff claims for wrongful termination, constructive discharge, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and breach of contract in state and federal courts.
