Stephen Melnick counsels and represents employers in various areas of employment law and traditional labor law, including:

- Complex litigation and class actions
Stephen routinely advises employers on compliance and litigation avoidance in matters involving wage and hours, leaves, employment and separation agreements, and employee discipline and discharge.
Prior to joining Littler in 2006, Stephen worked as a field representative for both the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD).
