Stacy B. Williams focuses her practice on litigation in state and federal courts throughout the country and practices regularly before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and numerous state administrative agencies. •  Title VII

  • The Americans with Disabilities Act
  • The Family and Medical Leave Act
  • The Fair Labor Standards Act

She also has considerable experience litigating trade secret and restrictive covenant matters.

Stacy has delivered frequent training sessions to managers and non-managers and has worked closely with human resources to provide advice and counseling on employment and labor law matters. She also has reviewed and drafted policies specifically tailored to the needs of a particular workplace.

Before joining Littler Mendelson, Stacy worked for a number of years as an in-house attorney at both large and small corporations, which afforded her a unique appreciation for the need to provide employers with practical, expeditious real-world advice designed to stop problems before they arise.

In law school, Stacy was on both the editorial board and the managing board of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law.
