Rahshanda (Shanda) Sibley’s practice focuses on providing labor and employment counseling and defense services to employers, including single-plaintiff discrimination claims and wage and hour matters.

Prior to joining the firm in 2011, Shanda served as a law clerk for the Hon. Eric L. Clay on the U. S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. After law school, Shanda worked as an associate in the derivatives and structured finance practices at an international law firm in London. While at that firm, Shanda was selected for a secondment to the derivatives group at Goldman Sachs.

In law school, Shanda was a Dean's Scholar, constitutional law teaching assistant, and associate editor for the Review of Law and Social Change.
