Sarah Morton advises and represents employers in a broad range of employment law matters arising under federal and state laws, including matters involving:
- Discrimination
- Retaliation
- Sexual harassment
- Unfair competition
- Family and medical leave policies
- Wage and hour disputes
During law school, Sarah interned for the Honorable Reece Rondon, Judge of the 234th Texas Civil District Court and for the Honorable Gray H. Miller, United States District Judge, Southern District of Texas. She also was articles editor for the Houston Business and Tax Law Journal, a public relations executive of the Board of Advocates and a member of the Mock Trial Team.
