Sara J. Candioto specializes in employment law and complex litigation, while devoting significant time to conducting in-person harassment and diversity training seminars for corporations throughout California.

Sara's litigation practice focuses on wage and hour class actions, as well as harassment and discrimination actions filed under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act. Sara appears in federal and state courts, as well as before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and local administrative agencies.

Additionally, Sara offers compliance counseling, including employment practices audits, and assists clients with drafting employee handbooks and managing employee relations issues. She also creates content for in-person harassment and diversity training programs, including presentations and interactive group exercises for high level executives.

While in law school, she served as an editor of the Notre Dame Journal of Legislation and was president of the Notre Dame Chapter of the National Women Law Students Association.
